Some global football soccer teams are simply legendary, and here we will find out which are the top 10.

10. 2003–2004 Arsenal

At number 10, we have Arsenal. The 2003–2004 Premier League season saw the “Arsenal Invincibles” go undefeated. Juventus accomplished the same thing in 2012, but Arsenal won a lot more games and finished with 90 points.

9. 1988 – 1994 AC Milan

At number 9, we have Milan. AC Milan won the Italian league four times and the European Cup (Champions League) three times in the six-year span between 1988 and 1994.

8. 1984 Liverpool

At the 5th position, we have Real Madrid. The Real Madrid team of the late 1950s dominated world football under the leadership of Alfredo Di Stéfano and Ferenc Puskas. From 1956 to 1960, they five times in a row captured the European Cup (Champions League).

4. 1998–1999 Manchester United

At the fourth position, we have Manchester United. The Manchester United team that won the Premier League, FA Cup, and Champions League in 1998–1999 accomplished the feat in a single campaign.

3. 2008 Barcelona

Barcelona won the first treble ever by a Spanish team ten years after Manchester United’s accomplishment. They defeated Real Madrid 6-2 to win La Liga, defeated United 2-0 in the Champions League final, and also won the Copa Del Rey (the Spanish domestic cup).

The best World Cup performance ever occurred at the 1970 FIFA World Cup. Brazil outscored Italy 4-1 in the final, with Carlos Alberto scoring one of the all-time great goals as Brazil scored 19 goals in six games.

At number 1, we have Spain. Spain must be considered the greatest football squad of all time after taking home three straight international football championships. They won the 2010 FIFA World Cup as well as the 2008 and 2012 European Championships. They won 35 games without losing from 2007 to 2009. This included their ten World Cup qualifying victories, which they won all ten.
